What to Bring to Closing
Closing is an exciting event, but to ensure everything goes smoothly, please bring the following items to our office:
- Government-Issued ID: Each signer must provide one.
- Additional ID: We recommend bringing a second form of ID, such as a credit card or Social Security card.
- Sellers: Remember to bring the keys and garage door openers to give to the buyers.
- Buyers: Bring a copy of your homeowner's insurance policy.
- Closing Funds: The best option is to wire funds in advance. If a check is needed, it must be a cashier's check made payable to “Purvis & Company Title.”
